MySpace Generation Episode One: What is MySpace?

MySpace is revolutionising the music industry, so what exactly is it? My first episode provides a brief overview of what MySpace is, how it works, and what it means to local musicians.

The interview towards the end is with the lead singer of an up and coming Perth band ‘Sugar Army’. His view is characteristic of most local musicians and provides an insight into how MySpace Music has established itself as an essential networking tool within the local scene.

In the coming weeks I hope to speak with more musicians and fans who have both observed and contributed to the impact that MySpace has had on the local music scene.

This is my first attempt at filming and editing so it's not the best, and there's a part in the middle where I had a whole lot of audio and no footage so unfortunately you'll have to sit through a series of exciting google images, but hey! I did it with no major stuff ups, so I don't care
