Christina's Vlog Episode 5

HELLO!

Here is my 5th video blog. I am wired and exhausted from glow sticks, macromedia flash and 700 images but quite happy with this animation. While it is a little patchy I'm still amazed with its effect and it has most certainly inspired me to create more animations after semester. Interactive stop motion? hmm... maybe I am pushing it a little

With the help of some friends on the weekend we made this stop motion animation involving light (in this instance, glowsticks) and camera which is manipulated to let light through for an extended period of time. Effectively we painted our pictures... an idea which is quite beautiful I think. It is so energising to know that creating a world so magical and clunky is... so easy!

Anyway, ta da! he we go!
