My first blog will be on Indian women attire, music, dance and marriage. India has been known to have wonderful dresses and costumes. Our huge Indian traditional clothes collection consists of mainly sarees, salwar kameez, lehenga. I will be showing few clips of all these three outfits. I am focusing only on women attire in my blog.

The music of India includes multiple varieties of folk, popular, pop, and classical music. India's classical music tradition, including Carnatic and Hindustani music, has a history spanning millennia and, developed over several eras. I will focus on a simple Indian music which will be a Hindi film songs because there is very little time to show all the music.

Indian marriage: As I have mentioned earlier, India is a multicultural country. It has several varieties of marriage ceremonies. I will focus just on north Indian way of marriage because that is the most colorful and musical marriage which everyone would enjoy. This clip will be taken from a movie too. The movie’s name is Hum Tum and it has a beautiful marriage sequence. The celebrations begin several days before the actual wedding ceremony and consist mainly of singing and dancing to the beat of the 'dholak'(drum). There will be a mehendi(henna) day, when the bride will put mehendi oh her hands and feet. I will try my best to cover everything that I have mentioned above.
