Hi guys, this is my third video post. I've exported it to a larger size this time because I had subtitles for this episode.

This episode basically showed us how the game industry has accepted fan participation and encouraged amateur productions within the field. Paying attention to The Sims and Warcraft, this episode explores how game developers designed the game in a way such that it promotes interactivity and creativity within consumers.

Apologies if anyone is offended by the ordinary footage presented in the opening sequence of this video. My intention with this episode was to show that despite the "amateurish" nature of some video footage there are powerful ways to use this medium through the networking potential of groups like Indymedia.

Hi everyone, this is my second vlog on creating digital bodies. The audio is a bit messed up, but i'll try to fix it for the next video.

One of the best things about making this video was looking at all the fantastic sites available where we can explore our political thoughts. Apologies for the poor quality of footage but it is kind of fitting considering that the premise for the first two episodes in this series are exploring both the relative infancy of digital technology and the potentials for political activism. Synopsis:
This episode brings to us the doujinshi phenomenon in Japan. Members of the Japanese Student Society JAPSSOC and the Anime Club in UWA explains to us what doujinshi is and tells us why doujinshi is good, although many of us might think that writing fan fiction is a complete waste of time and energy. We will also look at some spoof movies inspired by Star Wars and The Matrix. Producers make use of cultural phenomenon such as these to convey messages to the public, and at the same time motivating people to create change.
