Dangerous Addiction or Harmless Hobby? The End...

Yes...the end is here at last! YAY!
I decided that I didn't want to have any footage of me and that I'd let Natalia take over for me. Smiling There is a lot of footage and screenshots of Second Life, but I wanted to show everyone one last time what this world is like that I have become involved in. Plus, it's a bit more interesting to look at that than me!!

It is my voice though... Smiling
Thank you to everyone who has helped me and congrats to everyone and their vlogs!

Graffiti_final_ episode

hi all....

this is our final episode of graffiti. even though it is late as rommy has posted the video earlier, but i need to do this anyway. as mentioned before, in this last episode we managed to interview an officer from YMCA Headquarters on her views of this graffiti or she rather called it street arts. YMCA Headquarters (HQ) is a not-for-profit community based youth facility located in Leederville, Western Australia. They provide a space or area for the teenagers to hang out or get together amongst themselves and most visible is one of the largest skate parks in Western Australia and a dedicated gig space for bands and performing arts. Other facilities include an art gallery, multimedia lounge, an internet cafe and a board room for meetings.

Film Exploits Episode 7 : Reflection

Hi Guys,

This is my last episode. Its all about reflection on the previous episodes that I've done. What I learnt about photography and the experience I had with it. I will take you through the series of pictures and give comments about it

The first one I went to was at the Swan river, along south perth. Since it was the first vlog, I had trouble filming it. Had the wind factor and the weather factor. The second time around, i learnt from my mistakes and I used my PDA to record my voice while filming checked the weather for the day!

The second one was at east perth. A really small lake for the community there. Even-though I learnt from my mistake from the first episode, i still had trouble with recording my voice although it was noticeably better.

Film Exploits Episode 6 : Macro (Details) & My Personal Collection

Details

Hey y'all,

In this episode, there will be two parts, macro and my personal collection. It will be short and sweet. I will be showing you a series of macro or detailed shot that I have taken for this episode. Some might be good. Some might be bad. Its all part of my experimentation again with my camera. I had some problems doing this as my camera's zooming was abit funny. So what I did was put the macro function on and it will automatically make the object that i am taking clear and the rest blurry, to give the depth of field.

And so, I just took pictures of everyday things that are lying around in or outside my house. See how you can make things a little more interesting?

The Free Music Vlog: Final Episode

happy endings

The Free Music Vlog: Final Episode

Hi and welcome to the final episode of the Free Music Vlog.

Like I say in the intro, this episode is a bit duller than the others because it doesn't feature free music or pirates.

However, it does deal with some of my thoughts about the debates surrounding copyright and intellectual property stirred up by peer-to-peer distribution, which has been popularised by the sharing of music.

Teodoro Presents Kings Park Episode 13 (Documentary)

DNA Tower

In this episode, we visit the Synergy (Formerly Western Power) Parkland and then head up the Broadwalk Vista to the DNA Tower. If you look at the map, the Parkland is located on the lower left hand side and the green strip that leads to the other side of the park is the Broadwalk Vista. The DNA Tower is located at the end of the strip. The Synergy Parkland is a great place for all ages and the DNA Tower is a great spot to get unbelievable views above the trees. This episode marks the end of the documentary portion of my vlogs but the story will continue! If you want to know the SECRET of Kings Park, then get ready for Episodes 14 and 15.

Dangerous Addiction or Hamless Hobby? Interviewing SL Residents

This was meant to be another interview of someone who plays MMORPGs. Unfortunately there were a few hiccups and problems I was unable to interview them... Yes...very annoying, especially the circumstances BUT I decided to interview Second Life residents instead. A much more enjoyable and interesting experience overall I think than if I had interviewed my original person.

Yes, it is mostly text but what they have to say is more important than flashy videos of Second Life.

They are mostly newbies, for some reason that day I couldn't find anyone who'd been in Second Life for a substantial amount of time!

One Way Ticket Episode 6 - Studying in UWA-

Hello everyone,

For over 96 years – since its establishment in 1911 – The University of Western Australia (UWA) has had a proud record of international involvement in higher education. The main campus is truly multicultural: with students and staff from nearly 80 countries making use of world-class facilities in a magnificent garden setting, just five minutes from the centre of Perth.

Widely acknowledged as one of Australia’s foremost universities, and a member of the prestigious ‘Group of Eight’ universities, UWA warmly welcomes international students and researchers across a range of disciplines, and places high value on the linkages and friendships that develop.

Teodoro Presents Kings Park Episode 12 (Mockumentary)

During our visit to the State War Memorial Precinct, Michelle and I run into a gentleman by the name of Steve White. Steve is the CEO of the Australian Tourism Commission. He gives us some background information on the Tourism Commission.
Steve also knows Chad personally and shares with us some disturbing information about him. I also talk to Steve about what I found in episode 7, but his story contradicts what Chad told me it was supposed to be. Since Chad has still yet to reappear, I ask Steve if it is possible for him to help me out with the rest of the Documentary. If you want to hear the startling information about Chad, Steve’s take on what I found, and if you want to know if he accepts my request for assistance, then check out this episode.

Expression vs Perception : Graffiti [the last stand]

bjorkvektor stencilgraffiti

here's our final episode with very chill backsound as peter wanted.finally we had a good chance to meet up with a person who run YMCA as well as skate park and graffiti spot in Leederville.unfortunately, we did not get chance to interview any council that might disagree with graffiti and stuff.we also recorded my self was doing stencil graffiti but not on walls.so dont report this as vandalism.enjoy our final episode and all the best for your blogs.
